Learning Outcomes

This module aims to apply theoretical knowledge in the field of operational and strategic project management to relevant practical cases. The development and presentation of a solution for a practical case are intended to improve the students' teamwork and presentation skills. Furthermore, students learn the aspects of scientific work by preparing a seminar paper.

Content

The tasks of this module are designed as practical case studies, which are offered in cooperation with an external consulting company that specializes in project management. The case studies are related to one specific operational or strategic project management topic.
