Lernergebnisse

Students have insight into current research topics in the field of geoinformatics, geographical information science, and geographical information systems, and are proficient in classifying already learned skills in a research context. Students are able to develop their own research questions, conduct independent research, and present their findings. Students possess an advanced level of knowledge and competence specific to scientific work in the fields of geoinformatics, geographical information science and geographical information systems. They can apply project management methods and strategies within a research project, are able to theoretically and practically solve a research problem, and implement their solution in a software component.

Topics of the project and seminar vary and are adapted to current research topics in the fields of geoinformatics, geographical information science, and geographical information systems.
