Content

The module consists of one required course and practical exercise: Required course and practical exercise: "Design, Simulation and Reliability of Microsystems" (Lecture): The lecture takes a detailed look at the design and simulation techniques for microsystems. The content design methodologies (general methodologies and finite-element-method) as well as interconnects, heat dissipation, mechanical problems, and reliability aspects. The language of the course is English. "Design, Simulation and Reliability of Microsystems" (Practical Exercise): In the exercise, the methods that are discussed in the lecture will be used with the help of CAD programs. The language for this course is English.
