In the I&E Study students will apply their I&E-knowledge to a an practically relevant challenge/question.
After completion of the I&E Study module, students…
… have the ability to apply, synthesize, and evaluate prior I&E learning within a specific innovation or entrepreneurial project setting and a specific innovation area.
… have the ability to choose and apply relevant concepts/methods due to their challenge.
… have the ability to produce a professional writing on a business analysis topic.
… have the ability to apply concepts, methods and tools and evaluate them critically.
Content
1. Students will work in limited sized teams and will identify a relevant challenge/question, which may be originating from given cases
2. Students make a literature analysis concerning the chosen topic and discuss to what degree current literature/concepts/tools can or cannot be applied to their topic
3. Students have to write an essay of their activity due to their chosen topic
4. Analysis and interpretation of results.
Description of Teaching and Learning Methods
Students will work in limited sized teams. Each team will identify and address a challenge/question in the context of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Students will be introduced to the process of writing the I&E Study in seminars and individuals supervision. During the process of writing the students will get contact hours for supervision.
