Content

Folgende Inhalte werden behandelt: - Inhalte, Aufgaben und Ziele planerischer Instrumente des Umwelt- und Naturschutzes; sowohl formeller als auch informeller Art - Politische Bedingtheit und Entstehung planerischer Instrumente des Umwelt- und Naturschutzes, Reichweite und Umsetzungsprobleme; jeweils relevante politische Institutionen - Umweltökonomische Methoden und Ansätze zur Analyse und Unterstützung von Zielen und Maßnahmen umweltplanerischer Instrumente - Beiträge geographischer Informationssysteme zu planerischen Instrumenten sowie gesellschaftlichen und politischen Entscheidungsfindungsprozessen Die oben genannten Inhalte werden im Kontext der Vermittlung aktueller umweltpolitischer Themen und Konzepte behandelt (z.B. Klimawandel, Energiewende, Biodiversität, Ecosystem Services, TEEB etc.). Das Modul besteht aus einer Vorlesung sowie einer Integrierten Veranstaltung (IV), die aus einer Veranstaltung eines der folgenden vier Module aus dem Wahlpflichtbereich (WP-Modul) auszuwählen ist: 1. Environmental Assessment (WP Modul) 2. Landscape Planning (WP Modul) 3. Geoinformation Systems (WP Modul) 4. Economic Analysis of Environmental Policies (WP Modul) Die Modulbetreuung ändert sich von Semester zu Semester und wird kursierend wahrgenommen von den Professor_innen: Johann Köppel, Stefan Heiland, Birgit Kleinschmit, Volkmar Hartje. Achtung!: Die für dieses Modul gewählte Integrierte Veranstaltung schließt die Wahl desjenigen WP-Moduls aus, in dem diese Veranstaltung enthalten ist.
