Learning Outcomes

Students will have profound knowledge about the general methodology of one-, two-, and three-dimensional transformation of geodetic networks. The main educational objective is the integration of baselines obtained from GNSS measurements and the common adjustment of GNSS baselines and terrestrial measurements.

Transformation of Geodetic Networks IV 3633 L 253 - Reference systems and coordinate systems - Coordinate systems and projections - Conversion of coordinates - Ellipsoidal, orthometric and normal heights - 3D, 2D and 1D datum transformation - Least-squares adjustment of baseline vectors - 3D, 2D and 1D transformation of GNSS networks into a national reference system - Common adjustment of GNSS baselines and terrestrial measurements
