Learning Outcomes

An introduction to computer vision fundamentals like sensor orientation, feature detection and matching, or visualization of spatial information will be given. These skills are useful for students who are interested in processing of images in a context-aware manner.

Content

The course starts with basic methods of image processing (e.g. edge detection), image analysis, and other computer vision areas. Basic programming skills as well as basic mathematical knowledge in the area of linear algebra and analysis are helpful.

Description of Teaching and Learning Methods
