Description of Teaching and Learning Methods

Praktikum. Es werden kurze Einführungen zu allen Themen gegeben; die Versuche werden von den Teilnehmern selbst durchgeführt unter Betreuung eines Tutors, Kleingruppen von ca. 4 Studierenden pro Gruppe. Es wird Zeit für eigenes Versuchsdesign gegeben und die Versuche werden sich entlang der Forschung der Arbeitsgruppe Adrian orientieren. Methodische Führung für moderne Messmethoden und Apparate durch den Modulverantwortlichen. Das Protokoll wird als schriftliche Ausarbeitung erstellt. Die Bewertung erfolgt nach Form und Inhalt. Das Praktikum findet in Leipzig statt.

Desirable prerequisites for participation in the courses:

Grundkenntnisse Mikrobiologie und Biochemie; Teilnahme am Modul „Biotechnologie geo- und umweltrelevanter Prozesse I“ ist hilfreich aber nicht erforderlich.
