Understanding of fundamentals and specialities of sorptive cooling processes. Competency to evaluate environmental benefits and challenges of said technology.

Content

Thermodynamic fundamentals. Basic design of absorption chillers. Balance of plant; components especially of LiBr-Water-chillers. Details of equipment. Efficiency, cooling power, control.
