Description of Teaching and Learning Methods

Die Vorlesung wird durch digitale Medien unterstützt (Beamer). Im Praktikum werden molekulare Techniken zur Modifizierung des Stoffwechsels von Mikroorganismen erlernt. Die Ergebnisse werden protokolliert und in Vorträgen der Gruppe vorgestellt und diskutiert.

Requirements for participation and examination

Desirable prerequisites for participation in the courses:

Gute Kenntnisse in Molekulargenetik sowie Technischer und Industrieller Mikrobiologie. Ein generelles Interesse an systembiologischen Fragestellungen und an mikrobiologischen und molekulargenetischen Arbeiten sollte vorhanden sein.

Portfolioprüfung: Benotung gemäß Schema 2 der Fakultät III, siehe Anhang des Modulkatalogs. Die beiden Teilleistungen gehen zu gleichen Teilen in die Benotung ein.
