Kursbeschreibung:
This class is planned as a complementary course for Master's students, specifically aimed at reinforcing key concepts introduced in the primary Statistics course. This tutorial focuses on reviewing statistical tests essential for hypothesis testing in research, ensuring that students are confident in applying these techniques to their own work. The course is structured to provide additional support without introducing new material, making it an ideal resource for students seeking to deepen their understanding of statistical methods.
Central to the tutorial are reviews of fundamental statistical tests. These topics will not be taught from scratch but will be revisited with a focus on practical application and problem-solving. The aim is to enhance students' ability to critically assess data and apply the correct statistical tools in their research.
In addition to the group sessions, students will have access to individual consultations to address specific concerns or questions related to their research.

"Online Experiments" is designed to equip Master's students with the essential knowledge and skills to conduct experiments using web-based platforms. Through theoretical lectures and hands-on practical sessions, students will explore the principles and techniques of designing, implementing studies, and analyzing results.
Central to the course are key topics of web-based studies, such as mastering data collection techniques tailored for online methods and refining skills crucial for developing studies in a digital context. Students will be introduced to both qualitative and quantitative research fundamentals, emphasizing their applications in online experiments (quantitative research).
Building on this foundation, participants will gain hands-on experience crafting effective experimental designs and collecting relevant and unbiased data online. By the conclusion of "Online Experiments," participants will be proficient in conducting web-based experiments and critically evaluating and drawing meaningful conclusions from their findings.
