Learning Outcomes

In this project, previously acquired marketing knowledge will be applied directly to a current research problem or to a real-life case. The course can be conducted in cooperation with companies to develop operational and strategic marketing measures. This will be realized by teaching market research methods to conduct a structured secondary analysis and in many cases, also a primary analysis. Deepening skills in teamwork and communication is of equal importance.

Content

Projects focus on applying theoretical knowledge to real-life scientific or practical problems. Students collaborate on current research questions investigated by the marketing chair. These questions can relate to case studies or to problems of cooperation partners. Project seminars emphasize the indentification and analysis of marketing problems and the application of theories and methods to develop solutions and implications. In addition, they promote sound arguing, team and communication skills. The content of the course changes according to the current research questions of the chair of marketing.
