Learning Outcomes

Students have profound knowledge about selected research topics in the field of geoinformatics. They are acquainted with current methods, algorithms, data structures, and modelling techniques used to solve geospatial problems and are able to transfer their knowledge to open research questions.

Content

Selected research topics from the field of geoinformatics like multiple representations, trajectory analysis, 3D/4D modelling, time series data, geo sensor networks, navigation, spatial data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning. Topics vary and are adapted to current research topics and directions.
