Learning Outcomes

Acquisition of deeper knowledge in current research topics of computational biology; the projects are closely linked to research activities which are conducted in the robotics and biology lab (RBO).

Content

Projects with changing content in the area of computational biology with a strong focus on research. Subjects may include for example: protein structure prediction, protein-protein interactions, protein design, machine learning, fast-fourier transformation.
